Drupal vs Joomla?
Flexibility and Power:
Drupal is significantly more powerful and flexible. It seems that Views, CCK, Panels, etc. give Drupal a big advantage over Joomla. You just can't have such flexibility with Joomla. When Joomla developers designed it, they didn't think of flexibility as a big issue. You can build fast websites with Joomla but you'll face a big wall sooner or later.
Learning curve:
Joomla takes longer to configure and set up. Even with those free videos, blogs, etc. Drupal is still a challenge.
